When I reached at the hotel at 1am the hotel didn’t accept the price. At midnight I am standing on the road and waiting for Oyo to pickup the call. They picked up the call and said please pay the amount what hotel is asking you and we will refund you the extra charge. On 16 I was promised that it will take 14 days for the refund. I have been following up since then no refund. 2 days back I was promised that within 24-48 I will get the refund. Nothing happened. Never book through OYO.

Hi got a confirmed booking at GWTZ7930 for Royal inn Faridabad, Haryana for four rooms with 8 guests. Paid Rs 2918/ on 5th Feb 2023. When v reached to Hotel , The receptionist refused to allot the rooms. V all had Delhi IDs. We tried to call u r number 93139391393 and 8035296666 but there was no answer. Pl return our money as OYO could not honour the booking . Hope to hear from OYO. thanks

After the cancelling the booking, refund is another drama. Every time they say "sorry for your inconvenience we will support you, let me help you on your refunding money." This stereo type record goes on months together but don't expect the refund.
Oh yes they say will arrange a call. This is another false promises they do. No one care customer.
I booked the room at tirupati. And when I reached there i got to know that properly is not in useable condition and property management asked me to cancel the booking.

Cheating Customers - The hotel that i had booked through OYO - SPOT ON 71418 Apple Tree Cottage -charged thrice than what was agreed . OYO Cheating customers

My Stay details is from 4th Feb to 6th FEB - agreed rate was 1000 for 2 days - But they charged 1560 for one day from 4th Feb to 5th feb morning - i have also booked quite long back by paying advance 560 . still they charged very high . WHAT IS POINT OF ADV BOOKING - IT IS PLAIN AND SIMPLE - CHEATING CUSTOMERS

The worst service provider, people will travel or with family will plan to stay but i suggest please avoid oyo services bad all hotels will charge extra amount the worst experience I had with them customer support most pathetic & don’t know how to talk with customer

Now a days lot of websites providing good services with same price

From this got lesson will not prefer oyo ever for my stay

If they continue service like they need to shut soon

I made the booking through call on 10th December and I paid the amount online,then at hotel they take extra amount and said it's the remaining amount.

I registered complaint and my refund was approved of INR 2409 by Oyo's team but it won't get refunded nd it's been almost 2months nd I tried to call but they put me on IVR nd after that nothing happens.

So disappointed by the customer service.

Charges a lot of extra money after entering the hotel premises with no help from customer care in this.

I booked room for my parents and I got email states your booking is confirmed. Once I reached there those stupid people say they don't have room. What the hell are they doing. I recommend never book hotels through oyo. Don't believe those lying people

Really poor Service. Roaches and fleas galore. Twice now I've been disrespected by the black room service guy. First time when we spilled coffee on the sheets by accident and he said he wasn't cleaning the "$#*!" off the sheets and that we could waste the money to do it ourselves. Second incident was when I was outside smoking a cigar and got blamed for cigarettes at bottom of stairwell. Screamed at me about picking up the cigarettes butts cause he did it the first time. I'm sorry, but that's his damn job to clean the rooms and they refuse to even do their job. Way overpriced rooms for a rundown $#*! hole.

Very bad service.
Oyo 803 AI villa. Khao Yai Thailand. We had booked a room by OYO and also paid 13-16/01/2023. When we wanted to check in, we were refused check in, no bookings from OYO are accepted. The manager at the accommodation is very rude and unhelpful. We traveled 1000 km and had to look for accommodation during the night. There are no service offers at Oyo in Thailand. We have been trying to reach oyo Thailand since Friday with no success. We are very disappointed with oyo!

But sheets he says. I was having sex and left blood on the. Fully made bed. That's why the roach came and he never heard it before

As a trucker I have limited selection of where I can park so obviously I'm forced to stay at cheaper hotels, but not this one! I called ahead to book a room and paid for the room but should have looked at the room before I paid. Once I entered the room I immediately turned around and left and returned the key. The front desk person named Jeff said the hotel rooms were remodeled, I'm not sure which decade he meant they were remodeled? Oyo was not interested in a refund even though I did not stay at the property. Also, the front desk guy seemed more interested in trying to sell me TV dinners out of a chest freezer and providing a so-called taxi service if needed? Also, when you talk to a guy outside the hotel and he tells you he's there to bring somebody to jail it's probably not a place you want to stay around for too long..

After booking on OYO when I reached the hotel, they didn't allow me to check in. They said they can't check accept booking from OYO. I called OYO support and they said they'll issue a refund, but they haven't issued it even after a month of calling them repeatedly. These people are scammers and should be in jail. Don't lose your money and peace of mind by using OYO Rooms.

Worst experience ever with oyo, ritesh agarwal is scamming people all over india, i would never recommend oyo to anyone.

One of the worst service. They have been delaying refund for more than 2 months now. Booking was cancelled on 18th Oct 22.

Answer to Oyo: booking ID: RJY72961. And don't tell me refund is already issued. because refund is issued for partial amount of 5025, remaining amount of 8589 is still pending
